The Path of Energy: Why Did We Forget How to Nourish Ourselves from the Source?

Introduction – The mother energy behind everything

Everything that exists vibrates. Everything that vibrates emits energy. And all energy that sustains life on this planet comes, directly or indirectly, from one source: the Sun.

What’s curious is that although solar energy is the vital spark of the biological world, we—supposedly the most “intelligent” beings—choose to feed on it in its most degraded form.
We eat animals that eat plants that, in turn, feed on the sun.
We are three links away from the source.

Why did we stray so far?
And why are there sacred stories of saints and mystics who lived for years nourished only by light, air, or spirit?

This post explores that forgotten mystery.

The chain of energy: from the Sun to our plate

Vital energy travels through a chain. Observe:

  • The Sun emits photons, which are absorbed by plant leaves.

  • The plants convert that light into chemical energy through photosynthesis, storing it as ATP inside their cells.

  • An herbivore, like a cow, eats the plant and processes that energy, storing it as fat, sugars, and proteins.

  • Finally, we consume the cow and absorb the remaining energy, now in its most dense and processed form.

This is how we live:
Feeding on secondhand light, on leftovers of a pure source.

Why don’t we nourish ourselves directly from the Sun, the Air, or the Ether?

This question requires deep introspection.

Did we once know how to do this... and simply forget?

Ancient texts across cultures speak of humans who transcended physical food:

  • The prophet Elijah, according to the Bible, walked 40 days with the strength of a single divine meal (1 Kings 19:8).

  • Jesus fasted 40 days and said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4).

  • In India, yogis have claimed to survive for years without food through pranic absorption.

  • Some Christian saints are reported to have lived in inedia, sustained only by divine grace.

Are these myths… or traces of a forgotten truth?

Can we “unlock” this connection to the Source?

Many believe yes. The ability to absorb energy from the sun, air, or ether isn’t fantasy—it’s part of our original design. A design that has been numbed by centuries of density, distraction, and dependency.

The human body has energetic centers (chakras, glands) that can draw in subtle light energy, but these channels are blocked by:

  • Toxic modern diets.

  • Mental overstimulation and lack of inner silence.

  • Materialism and fear of the invisible.

  • Doubt, shame, and spiritual forgetfulness.

Ancient wisdom knew: light is nourishment.
And modern science is catching up, studying bio-photons—light particles emitted by cells.
Some suggest we may one day consciously absorb light... if we prepare our bodies and minds.

Remembering who we were, activating who we still are

This isn’t a call to stop eating, but a reminder that our body is a bridge between the seen and the unseen.
That we were designed for more.
And that there is a way of living where food is not just physical—but solar, aerial, and etheric.

Maybe the saints weren’t exceptions…
But living reminders of what we can become when we reconnect with the Source.

Conclusion – Are we ready to receive directly from the Sun?

We are in an age of reconnection. People are feeling called to purify their bodies and minds.
Not just for health—but for something deeper:
To restore our communion with the energy of life.

It won’t be easy. It won’t be immediate.
But if man can live on bread…
he can also learn to live on light.

The real question is:
How much do we want to remember?
