Top DOE official arrested for trying to set up sex with underage boy

A top delegate to city schools Chancellor Richard Carranza was busted in Wisconsin for purportedly attempting to organize sex with an underage kid on the web, police, and sources revealed to The Post.
Division of Education vice president of staff David Hay was captured at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee on Sunday on a charge of utilizing a PC "to encourage a kid sex wrongdoing," as indicated by cops in Neenah, Wisconsin.
He supposedly expected to meet with a minor kid for sex, sources said.
